Steiner CF™ SERIES Carbonized Fiber
the most powerful personal protection for welders

The unique CF™ fabrics are made of a revolutionary blend of high performance, non-flammable, carbon based fibers blended with durable Para-Aramid strengthening fibers. CF™ jackets, sleeves and aprons are inherently flame resistant, tough, lightweight, breathable, flexible and comfortable.

CF™ fabric is formulated utilizing a blend of oxidized polyacrylonitrile fibers that are inherently flame resistant and have exceptional electrical resistance, with Para-Aramid strengthening fibers that improve abrasion resistance, wash durability, cut resistance, and allow CF™ products to maintain strength and flexibility.

These CF™ garments take the combination of comfort, protection and durability to a whole new level.

Steiner PRO-SERIES® Jacket

The Pro-Series® Jacket is constructed in a cool and trendy new style from our Weldlite™ 100% cotton fabric processed and treated to be permanently flame resistant. It maintains its flame resistance for as many as 50 home washings or 25 commercial washings without taking away from its natural lightweight, comfortable characteristics…it's a cooler, lighter, economical solution for light exposure to sparks and spatter.

Steiner's world-renowned Velvet Shield®, carbonized fiber welding blanket that has been rocking the welding world for over a decade is now even tougher with the introduction of the Velvet Shield® HD. The Velvet Shield® is known for its characteristics as incredibly lightweight, flexible and soft, providing ease of use while withstanding up to 1800°F. It will not scratch or mar painted surfaces making it excellent for auto body protection.

With the PA SERIES Back-Hand Shield, the aluminized layer is protected by a layer of coated fiberglass that protects the aluminized layer from burn through and abrasion while providing additional heat and spatter penetration resistance.

The Kevlar® SPARK GUARD CUFF prevents sparks and spatter from entering the open end of the glove to protect forearm from burns. SPARK GUARD CUFF is available with three standard gloves, or an accessory for any Steiner welding glove
